Kenneth Wils is a general partner at Rhea Venture Partners. Holding an MBA and an MSc in Chemical Engineering, he brings more than 20 years of experience spanning venture capital, corporate finance and company building. Before joining Rhea Venture Partners, Kenneth invested in innovative early-stage life sciences companies at PMV and, in successive leadership roles, ultimately headed the Life Sciences & Care investment team, leading the sourcing, execution and active management of venture capital investments. Earlier in his career, he advised companies on corporate finance and M&A transactions, providing a strong financial and strategic foundation for his investment approach. Throughout his career, Kenneth has served on the boards of multiple venture capital funds and portfolio companies. Combining investment acumen with technical, financial and strategic insight, he helps entrepreneurs build globally competitive life sciences companies.
